Orders.

REturns & exchanges.

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process any returns or exchanges.

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@kinnectedge.com. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange a replacement or refund per your preference.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team at hello@kinnectudsa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. b. Pack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and documentation, and write the RMA number outside the package. c. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will promptly process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the desired item.

customer service.

  • The headset battery needs to be charged. Connect it to the charger and plug it into a wall plug. Let it charge, non-stop, for 8 hours. Take it off the charger and it should start up when you turn it on!

  • The headset will work on either ear. If you’re wearing it on the right ear swing the headset boom behind your head and take off the headset. Now put the headset back on your head with the speaker on your left ear. It will sound the same on either ear!

  • Yes! Anything you can play on your phone can be heard through the headset.

  • Yes, it will play music and all media available from your phone, through the headset.

  • No. You hear a ringtone there is a call, but it does not announce the caller.

  • Yes! The Edge is iPhone compatible.

  • Yes, if the PC has Bluetooth, then you can use the headset.

  • Yes- it comes with a mini-USB connector and cable and a (12 VDC) adapter for car charging. It also comes with a 120 VAC charger for charging at home or the office.

  • Yes, it is. You can easily change the size of the padded headband to fit the size of your head. The weight of the headset is balanced on both sides of your head, once you slide the headset band to fit your head, you can easily wear it all day.

  • Yes! You can pause whatever you're playing by holding the mute button for 2 seconds.

  • When Edge is recharging the Ki on the capsule turns red, when the Ki turns blue your Edge is charged.

  • Edge will work with any Bluetooth cell phone

  • If you can’t hear the person on the line with you, check to be sure you haven’t muted your cell phone, or if the volume on the phone is too low. It can also be a sign that you’ve lost the connection with the local cell tower. Often your phone will pick up the local cell signal if you move around a bit until the signal finds your phone.

  • If you are hearing an echo in your headset it likely means either your microphone volume or listening volume is set too loud. Just turn down the volume and the echo will disappear.

  • Yes! Anything you can play on your phone can be heard through the headset.

  • You should be able to talk up to 66 feet from your phone and still have a conversation. The headset battery will last for 33 hours, but your phones battery won’t last that long.

  • The blue light blinks when it’s connected to your phone, or the phone or computer is paired to the headset. If you disconnect the headset from your phone or other device, the blue light turns red telling you it is disconnected from your phone or device.

It also helps you to be more productive, you can hear driving directions in your ear without engine and road noise muting the directions. Plus, when you talk into the microphone everything you say will be clearly heard.

  • Our headset knocks out 93% of all the noise in the cab as you drive. The person you are talking to hears you clearly, since the headset blocks so much of the road and engine noise.

  • Yes, you can. You will need a Bluetooth dongle, that’s inserted into one of your computer ports. Once the dongle is active, you can use your headset to talk to people, software, games, etc.

  • Yes you can!

  • No, it can’t be turned off.

  • Depending on how low the battery is, it will take 2-3 hours to be fully charged.

  • Yes, but only if your phone supports Caller ID.

  • No, wearing a headset when driving a truck is legal! But only one ear can be covered by the headset speaker!

  • Using the headset in cold weather won’t add additional strain on the battery, nor will it degrade the audio out or in.
