Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process any returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at hello@kinnectedge.com. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange a replacement or refund per your preference.
Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team at hello@kinnectudsa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. b. Pack the item(s) securely, including all original packaging and documentation, and write the RMA number outside the package. c. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will promptly process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the desired item.
